1. Agreement to terms1. 条款的接受

The services are operated by AICOFI PTE. LTD. ("AICOFI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore. By accessing or using any part of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.服务由在新加坡注册成立的 AICOFI PTE. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including access through third-party sign-in providers such as Google, Apple, GitHub, or Meta. 3. The services3. 服务内容

AICOFI provides a suite of AI-powered products spanning social, games, finance, entertainment, tools, and creation, together with the AICOFI Core API and developer gateway. We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time, and may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the services without liability.AICOFI 提供涵盖社交、游戏、金融、娱乐、工具与创作的 AI 产品套件，以及 AICOFI Core API 与开发者网关。我们可随时修改、新增或停止任何功能，并可对特定功能设置限制或限制对部分服务的访问，且无需为此承担责任。

4. Acceptable use4. 可接受使用

You agree not to use the services to do any of the following:您同意不得使用服务从事以下任何行为：

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable law or regulation.从事任何非法活动或违反任何适用的法律法规。
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.侵犯任何一方的知识产权、隐私权或其他权利。
• Create, upload, or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.创建、上传或传播有害、辱骂、骚扰、诽谤或其他令人反感的内容。
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage systems.传输恶意软件、病毒或任何旨在破坏或损害系统的代码。
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or authentication measures.规避、禁用或干扰安全或身份验证措施。
• Scrape, harvest, or abuse the services, or evade rate limits and usage quotas.抓取、采集或滥用服务，或规避速率限制与使用配额。
• Commit fraud, impersonation, or any deceptive or manipulative practice.实施欺诈、冒充身份或任何欺骗性或操纵性行为。
• Generate content prohibited by our policies or by applicable law.生成我们政策或适用法律所禁止的内容。
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the services without our prior written authorization.未经我们事先书面授权，转售、再许可或以商业方式利用服务。

5. AI features and outputs5. AI 功能与输出

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and may be similar to outputs generated for other users. You should independently review outputs before relying on them. Outputs do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and this is especially important for our finance products. You are solely responsible for how you use any outputs.AI 输出可能不准确、不完整或不适合特定用途，且可能与为其他用户生成的输出相似。在依赖任何输出之前，您应独立审核。输出不构成专业、法律、医疗或财务建议，对我们的金融类产品而言尤为重要。您应对如何使用任何输出独自承担责任。

6. Your content and license6. 您的内容与授权

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the services. You grant AICOFI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the services to you. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and to grant this license.您保留对提交至服务的内容的所有权。您授予 AICOFI 一项有限的、全球范围的、非排他性的许可，仅为运营服务并向您提供服务之必要而托管、处理、传输和展示该内容。您声明并保证您拥有提交内容并授予此许可所需的全部权利。

7. Intellectual property7. 知识产权

AICOFI and its licensors own all rights in the platform, software, models, documentation, brand, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.AICOFI 及其许可方拥有平台、软件、模型、文档、品牌及相关知识产权的全部权利。在遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您一项有限的、可撤销的、不可转让的许可，以便按预期用途访问和使用服务。除此之外不授予任何其他权利。

8. Subscriptions, fees, and payments8. 订阅、费用与支付

Paid plans, credits, and API usage are billed according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for applicable taxes. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds, where available, are governed by the applicable plan terms and applicable law.付费计划、额度与 API 用量将按购买时所示的价格计费。除另有说明外，费用不含税，您需负责承担适用税费。订阅可能会自动续费，直至取消为止。如有退款，则受适用计划条款及适用法律约束。

9. Third-party services9. 第三方服务

The services may rely on or link to third-party models, integrations, and websites. Your use of those third-party offerings is governed by their own terms and policies, and AICOFI is not responsible for them.服务可能依赖或链接到第三方模型、集成与网站。您对这些第三方产品的使用受其自身条款与政策约束，AICOFI 对此概不负责。

10. Privacy10. 隐私

11. Disclaimers11. 免责声明

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICOFI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.服务按"现状"和"现有"基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，AICOFI 不作任何明示、默示或法定的保证，包括对适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证，且不保证服务不会中断、绝对安全或无错误。

12. Limitation of liability12. 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICOFI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. AICOFI's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.在法律允许的最大范围内，AICOFI 不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何利润、数据或商誉损失承担责任。因服务引起或与之相关的 AICOFI 累计责任总额，以您在引发索赔事件之前十二个月内就服务向我们支付的金额为限。

13. Indemnification13. 赔偿

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AICOFI and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.您同意就因您滥用服务、您的内容或您违反本条款或适用法律而产生的任何索赔、损害、责任和费用，对 AICOFI 及其关联方、高级职员和员工进行赔偿并使其免受损害。

14. Suspension and termination14. 暂停与终止

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.若您违反本条款、造成风险或法律责任，或在法律要求的情况下，我们可全部或部分暂停或终止您对服务的访问。您可随时停止使用服务。依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款将持续适用。

15. Governing law and disputes15. 适用法律与争议

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.本条款受新加坡法律管辖，不考虑其法律冲突原则。您同意新加坡法院对因本条款或服务引起或与之相关的任何争议拥有专属管辖权。

16. Changes to these terms16. 条款的变更
